We offer a 7-day refund policy for all courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, teaching quality, or the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds due to the nature of the courses and materials.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@laverasit.today within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and details of your concern, and we will process your refund as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • You should not have completed more than 30% of the course.
  • The request should be submitted via email or our contact form with a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

Please note that discounted or promotional courses may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated during the promotion. For any specific cases or unusual circumstances, please reach out to our team, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

As our courses are entirely digital, we do not offer returns for any physical materials or products, including textbooks, kits, or other resources provided as part of our program.

Once a refund is processed, you will no longer have access to the course materials, lessons, or resources. Any progress made will be erased, and your account will be deactivated for the specific course.
